First, we will dig deeper into why medications haven’t worked for you. There could be a host of reasons, some of which are:

1. Is the diagnosis accurate?

2. Was the dose optimal, or maximized?

3. Did one medication counter the effect of the other in some way?

4. Are there undiagnosed medical conditions that could be the root of the issue ir contributing to psychiatric symptoms?

Once that is accomplished, we do offer a range of treatment approaches and may discuss options such as medication adjustments, psychotherapy, or neuromodulation treatments like Esketamine, TMS and others when appropriate.
