You do not need someone to stay during treatment, but you must arrange a safe ride home, as driving is not permitted after each session.
Can I eat or drink before my treatment?
You may be asked to avoid food for at least 2 hours and liquids for 30 minutes before your appointment to reduce the risk of nausea.
What should I bring to my Spravato appointment?
